1. Is your imedia system compatible with any TV?
Our systems are designed to be used with a TV that has at least one HDMI (High Definition) connection. We can connect to other types but additional hardware may be required. If you are in any doubt, contact us and we will be happy to assess your current equipment.

2. What is unique about your systems?
Our imedia systems are built by us using quality components and are covered by our own warranty. They can be easily upgraded, not like other systems currently on the market, so gives you additional piece of mind. Our systems are a higher specification than most advertised solutions and will give better performance.

3. Can I have a custom built system?
We can design and build a custom system to your exact requirements. Just provide us with your specification or what you want to achieve.

4. What warranty do you provide?
We provide onsite support for 1 week free of charge to help you get the most of your system. Thereafter, all parts and components are then covered for 1 year (some longer with the manufacturer). If you have any issues, just get in touch.

5. Will you show me how to use my new system?
When we install your system, we will provide you with a simple document highlighting the basics and will talk you through how to use it. If you then have any further questions, just get in touch.

6. How many photos, etc can I store?
This depends on which system you choose, but as an approximate guideline: 1 photo – 2MB and 1 MP3 music file = 4MB. Therefore 10, 000 photos and 10,000 songs = 58 GB. Microsoft Vista requires 20 GB. Our systems more than cover most users’ requirements as they start at 100 GB.

7. Can I link my new media system to another PC in my house?
Yes, we can link the PC’s and create a home network. Ask us for further details.

8. What is the difference between Vista and XP Media??
