Step 1 : Installation

ihome backup can be installed in 3 easy steps:

  1. download our software and install it on your PC, Laptop, or MAC.
  2. decide what files you would like backing up.
  3. set a schedule of when to back up or do it ad-hoc.

Step 2 : Backing up - The Intelligent Part

When you backup your data, the first backup you perform will take the longest and will back up all your files onto our secure server. It is probably best to leave this running overnight.

The clever part is that when you backup again, only changes in your files are backed up, which makes it quicker and saves your bandwidth.

Also, all the changes to a file are kept for 1 month. Therefore, you can roll back 1 month to see the file changes.

Step 3 : Restoring Your Files

If the worst happens and you lose your files, then you can restore them at any time using our software, free of charge.

It is very simple and easy to use.

In addition, for a small fee, you can request all your data on an external storage device.
