At ihome, our prices are transparent and we will always give you an price estimate of any job before we start any work.

Quite simply, our charges are based upon the following:

• We charge just £35.60 per hour.
• No travel time for OL, HX, and HD postcodes....more to follow.
• We always charge a minimum 1 hour for a call out then bill in half hour intervals thereafter.
• Any hardware or software used is additional.

Some jobs, like removing viruses or a full re-install of a PC, can be timely and we can save you money if you can bring it to our office. This is because we can leave analysis and other software running without somebody watching it at your house.

All our technicians are fully trained and have many years experience in the IT industry. You can rest assured that we will always be friendly, polite, and do our best to solve your problems and give you excellent advice.
