We try to be flexible with accepting payments, but must adhere to the following details to ensure we do not have wasted journeys.
If you require a home visit, we will firstly make a suitable appointment and then take your credit or debit card details for the first 1 hour payment. Any additional work whilst at your home will be charged to your card, but only after your agreement. All card transactions are secure and your details are not kept after processing.
We require full payment before you pick up your equipment. An approximate price will be agreed before and we can set a maximum limit for your assurance. We will always keep you posted of any developments whilst working on your equipment.
We currently only accept cash, credit/debit cards, or a BACS transfer.
For your convenience, we have a mobile credit card machine and accept most major credit/debit cards.
