Payment Details

We try to be flexible with accepting payments but must adhere to the following points to ensure we do not have wasted journeys.

Home Visits

If you require a home visit we will firstly take all your details and make a suitable appointment. We will specify what the initial 1 hour cost will be and give you an estimate of how long the job will take. After the job has been completed we require payment in the form or cash or cheque.

Home Computers Help

Dropping off Equipment

When you leave your equipment at our office we will give you an approximate price and we can set a maximum limit for your assurance. Once we have completed your job we require full payment before you can take your your equipment home. We will always keep you posted of any developments whilst working on your equipment.

Taking Payment

We currently only accept cash, cheque or a BACS transfer.
